Formerly known as Auckland Plastic Surgical Centre, our practice, now Tristan de Chalain (Ltd.), is based in the One Health Building at 122 Remuera Road, opposite Auckland Eye. Located at the rear of the building on the top floor, the rooms are modern, open plan and welcoming. The facility is shared with two other plastic surgeons, Dr. Alessandra Canal and Dr. Katazyna Mackenzie.The rooms also open directly into our operating facility, Remuera Surgical Care (RSC), which takes up the rest of the top floor of the One Health Building. RSC is a fully contained and accredited boutique hospital with state-of-the-art facilities and one of the best nurse-to-patient ratios in the country. This is where almost all of Dr. de Chalain’s surgeries are performed, although he has held accreditations at a number of other local hospitals, including Southern Cross and Allevia, formerly known as Mercy/Ascot.

Consultation-only clinics are also held at Pukekohe and Tauranga, and a nursing service for follow-up patient care is maintained in Tauranga and New Plymouth.

Enquiries from out of town and even overseas patients are welcome, and often initial consultations can be conducted via video link using Facetime or Zoom conferencing facilities.
